One of the things that fascinate me during the spring and summer time is how much work some of these animals do to gather food to keep them going during the winter. I read somewhere that a honeybee has to visit approximately 2 million flowers to gather just 1 pound of honey. They are just always on the go and no time to relax. It is just mind boggling. All the more reason why I never feel enough of the honey bee pictures.
We visited Mount Washington over the past weekend. 3 days in summer they open up the Auto road early in the morning for public to drive up and watch the sunrise from there. One of most beautiful spectacle I have ever seen… Here are some pics I clicked from up there.. The twilight before the sunrise was just too good and of course the sunrise was a beauty in itself… Hope you enjoy the pics.

The moment I saw this subject line for the weekly photo challenge, my first choice was to pick up a photo my beach collection. But since many others may have similar ones, I chose this. I took several pics from top of The Empire State Building, NYC and stitched them into a single panoramic view. You can see how the sky meets the earth. “Click on the picture for better clarity”

Fall colors and water falls are a great combination. Although this is not much of a falls, this was a water stream which I took from over a bridge @ Flume Gorge, NH.

We visited New Hampshire over the weekend and walked up to the Flume Gorge waterfalls. Actually I would name it Flume ‘Gorgeous’. This place is stunning. It is a must visit place during fall.
I am going to post a series of pics from there and here are a couple of Waterfalls and Water stream pics. Hope you like them.
